1. Membership Plans

Spinning Bubbles offers three Unlimited Wash Club membership tiers:

2. Automatic Renewal & Billing

• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis starting on the date of enrollment.
• Your membership automatically renews each month until you cancel.
• By enrolling, you authorize Spinning Bubbles to charge your payment method on file on a monthly basis.
• You will receive a notification before each billing cycle.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel their membership at any time with no cancellation fee.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your renewal date.
• Your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
• To cancel, visit Cancel Membership or contact support at [email protected].

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds are issued for partial months under any circumstances unless required by applicable law.
• Refunds may be issued for duplicate billing errors or charges made after a confirmed cancellation.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to be considered.

5. Vehicle Eligibility & RFID

• Each membership is valid for one (1) registered vehicle only, identified by its license plate and/or RFID sticker.
• Memberships are non-transferable between vehicles without prior approval from Spinning Bubbles.
• Vehicle changes must be requested through our support team.
• RFID stickers remain the property of Spinning Bubbles and must be returned if requested.
• Damaged or missing RFID stickers must be reported immediately.

6. Usage Rules

• Members may wash once per day. The system will prevent multiple activations within the same day.
• Sharing a membership with another person or vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial use of individual memberships (e.g., detailing businesses) is not permitted without a fleet agreement.
• Members must comply with all on-site instructions from Spinning Bubbles staff.

7. Suspension & Termination

• Failed payments may result in automatic suspension of membership access until payment is resolved.
• Spinning Bubbles reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately and without refund in cases of fraud, abuse, sharing, or violation of these terms.
• Members will be notified of suspension via email or phone.

8. Service Availability

Spinning Bubbles makes every effort to maintain regular operating hours (8am–7pm daily). The wash may occasionally close due to maintenance, weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances. No credit or refund will be issued for temporary closures of fewer than 7 consecutive days.

9. Upgrades & Downgrades

Members may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Contact our support team to make changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
