1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the services of Spinning Bubbles Express Car Wash ("Spinning Bubbles," "we," "us," or "our") located at 4638 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA 30291, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Spinning Bubbles provides express car wash services, full-service car washes, hand washes, and related automotive cleaning services. Service availability, pricing, and offerings may change without prior notice.

3. Vehicle Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Spinning Bubbles is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
• Damage to antennas, mirrors, or accessories not properly secured
• Damage resulting from mechanical defects in your vehicle
• Loss of personal items left in the vehicle
• Damage caused by vehicles with existing rust, body damage, or loose parts

Customers with convertibles, specialty vehicles, or aftermarket modifications enter the wash tunnel at their own risk.

4. Payment

All services must be paid for at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change at any time. Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Promotional Offers

Promotional codes and discount offers are valid for one-time use per customer unless otherwise stated. Spinning Bubbles reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. Offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

6. Loyalty Program

Loyalty punch cards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Spinning Bubbles reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time. Free wash rewards expire 90 days from the date earned.

7. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any information. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinning Bubbles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
