Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Single Wash Services
All single wash purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on completed wash services. If you experienced a problem with your wash, please speak with a team member on-site or contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
2. Membership Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership at any time — there are no cancellation fees.
- To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
- Once cancelled, your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- You will not receive a prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period.
3. Membership Refunds
Refunds on membership charges are issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error
- Charges after a confirmed cancellation was submitted on time
- Extended closure of our facility (more than 7 consecutive days)
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Promotional Discounts & Gift Cards
Promotional discount codes and gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
5. Loyalty Rewards
Loyalty punch card rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. Free wash rewards expire 90 days from the date earned and will not be reinstated after expiration.
6. Damage Claims
If you believe your vehicle was damaged during a wash, report it to a team member immediately before leaving the property. Claims reported after leaving the facility are difficult to verify and may not be eligible for compensation.
